The service

Hot AI Rap is building a service that makes premium AI rap videos from a topic, a name or a meme; it isn't available yet. Today the site shows sample lyrics written by our AI. You must be 13 or older to use Hot AI Rap.

Acceptable use

Hot AI Rap is for fun, creative raps. You agree not to use it to create or share:

• hate, slurs or harassment against anyone, or threats of violence;
• sexual content, or anything involving minors in a harmful way;
• attacks on private individuals, or anything defamatory about a real person;
• content that impersonates a real artist or person, or presents itself as their real words or voice;
• anything unlawful where you or we are, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Friendly roasts and fan tributes are fine. You also agree not to overload or interfere with the service.

Paid videos

Premium AI rap videos aren't on sale yet. The terms for buying them, including the price and how payment works, will be added here before they are.

What we promise, and what we don't

• We work to keep the service available, but it may pause, for example when a provider has a problem, and features may change.
• The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited, including your rights as a consumer where you live.

Changes

We may change or stop the service and change these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. How we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy.
